Purpose of this website

BigBenSoft.com presents development, AI implementation, automation and digital solution services. You can explore the services, download the presentation, save our contact and request a free consultation.

Consultation and ordering services

The initial consultation is free. We discuss the challenge, help define requirements and prepare a technical specification. Further work, pricing, timelines, payment and support are agreed individually and documented separately. Sending an enquiry does not conclude a development contract or create an obligation to pay for a project.

Materials and communication

Provide accurate contact details. Do not send passwords, bank details, medical information or another person’s data without a valid basis. Spam, unlawful activity, unauthorised access and disruption are prohibited. Materials belong to their respective rights holders; uses permitted by law remain permitted.

Applicable law

Use of the website and enquiry processing are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Each project is subject to a separate agreement. These terms do not limit mandatory rights provided by law.

Privacy Policy

Controller and contact

The controller is Bejenaru Artur, an individual in the Republic of Moldova. BigBenSoft is the trading name used. For personal data enquiries: info@bigbensoft.com, +373 789 23 225. Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection applies from 23 August 2026. GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) applies in cases covered by its territorial and material scope.

Data processed

For an Email enquiry: name or preferred form of address, phone or email, chosen service, task description, language and channel, request for a response and notice version. A name, contact and description are needed for a response through the form; you may instead use a direct messenger. The site has no accounts or payments. It does not save form fields in localStorage or pass them to analytics.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding, providing a free consultation, clarifying requirements and preparing a proposal are necessary steps requested before a contract, Article 6(1)(b). For organisation representatives, the basis is the legitimate interest in answering business enquiries they initiate, Article 6(1)(f), taking their rights into account. Abuse prevention and website protection use the legitimate interest in security. Optional analytics is a separate purpose requiring separate consent under Articles 6(1)(a) and 7. The form does not create an advertising subscription or paid contract.

Email, Telegram and WhatsApp

When Email is selected, the enquiry reaches info@bigbensoft.com through email services. When Telegram or WhatsApp is selected, the text is passed to that service when the prepared draft is opened; the controller receives the message after you send it in the messenger.

Recipients and international processing

Data is accessible to the controller and providers needed to run the website: hosting, email delivery and storage, and web analytics with your consent. Each receives data for its function. Technical and email services may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and EEA. Transfers outside the EEA are permitted on the grounds set out in Articles 44-49 of Law No. 195/2024. Retention and storage

Enquiries and correspondence are kept while handling the enquiry, consultation, negotiations or project. Later retention is limited to what is necessary for the contract, a specific legal obligation or defending rights within the applicable period; data no longer needed must be deleted. The web server does not put enquiry text in a database or logs. Security IP counters stay in memory until 10 minutes without new attempts have elapsed. Technical logs contain a timestamp, result code and random reference without names, contacts, text or IP. Correspondence remains in email and messaging services; deletion may be requested from the controller. The server confirmation log is kept for 365 days to demonstrate the choice and handle related requests. It contains random identifiers, time, language, notice versions and selected categories; it does not contain the name, contact or enquiry text. Session recordings and form analysis reports are available in the analytics service for the last 15 days.

Data security

Email transmission is protected by TLS. Access to correspondence, confirmation records and settings is limited to authorised persons. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on applicants.

Personal data protection

Your rights

You may request information, access, a copy and correction of your data. Erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of prior consent are available where the law provides. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or processing under another valid basis.

Making a request

Email info@bigbensoft.com or call +373 789 23 225. Describe your request and provide details that help locate the enquiry. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. We respond within one month. Complexity or the number of requests may justify an extension by two further months; the extension and reasons are communicated within the first month.

Supervisory authority

You may complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova - CNPDCP: datepersonale.md, centru@datepersonale.md, +373 22 820 801, Chișinău, 48 Serghei Lazo Street. The data protection framework is Law No. 195/2024, applicable since 23 August 2026. You also retain the right to a judicial remedy.

Cookies and technical data

Necessary storage

We store your consent choice, notice version and date for up to 180 days to respect your preferences. This is localStorage, not an advertising identifier. Language and theme are detected automatically without saving those preferences.

Language and theme

Stored for up to one year only if you allow preferences. Disabling this removes the saved language and theme.

Analytics

With your consent, analytics processes page addresses, referral sources, IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and website actions: clicks, cursor movement, scrolling and form interactions. We use statistics, click, link and scroll maps, and session recordings to find usability problems and improve the website. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and enquiry text are masked; messenger drafts are not included in recorded links. You can change or withdraw consent in Cookie settings.

Choice confirmation

The device stores your choice for up to 180 days. The server retains time, language, notice versions, categories, action and random identifiers for 365 days to demonstrate consent and handle related requests. Changed terms or service require a new choice.

Choice and withdrawal

Optional analytics is off until consent. You may accept all categories, keep necessary settings only, or configure categories separately. Rejection does not limit the website or a consultation request. Changes and withdrawal are available through Cookie settings; withdrawal stops further analytics. Evidence of the previous choice is retained separately for the stated period. Third-party service cookies can also be removed in browser settings.
